SMS Program: Kentro Copilot — Opt-In & Messaging Policy

SMS PROGRAM: KENTRO COPILOT — OPT-IN & MESSAGING POLICY

Last updated July 8, 2026

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Kentro (https://kentro.io) is a B2B commerce operations platform that helps businesses manage orders, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping. Kentro Copilot is an AI assistant available by SMS on a dedicated toll-free number, offered exclusively to authenticated Kentro account users.

Messaging is conversational and user-initiated: users text questions about their own business data — such as orders, inventory levels, and shipments — and Copilot replies with answers about their account. Kentro Copilot does not send marketing messages, does not conduct cold outreach, and never uses purchased contact lists. Only users who have explicitly enabled SMS from within their authenticated Kentro account can send or receive messages through this program.

HOW USERS OPT IN

Consent is collected directly from each individual user inside the Kentro application. Phone numbers are never enrolled automatically or on a user's behalf. The opt-in flow is as follows:

  1. An authorized user signs in to their Kentro account at https://app.kentro.io.
  2. They open Copilot Hub → Access Roster in their account settings.
  3. They add or confirm their mobile phone number.
  4. They enable the SMS channel toggle for their user.

At the point of collection, the following consent language is displayed to the user:

"By enabling SMS, you agree to receive conversational and account-notification text messages from Kentro Copilot at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions."

MESSAGE TYPES & FREQUENCY

Users who opt in may receive the following types of messages:

  • Conversational AI replies to questions the user initiates by texting Kentro Copilot about their own business data (orders, inventory, shipments, and related operations).
  • Account notifications that the user schedules or configures themselves within their Kentro account.

Message frequency varies based on each user's own usage. Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier and plan.

OPT-OUT & HELP

Users can opt out at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. All messaging stops immediately. Twilio Advanced Opt-Out is honored, so STOP requests are enforced at the carrier-messaging layer.
  • Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected], for assistance.
  • Users can also disable the SMS channel at any time in their Kentro account settings.

PRIVACY

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information, please see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

If you have questions about this SMS program, contact us at [email protected].
